I have been a wedding planner/coordinator in DMV area for over twelve years, planning exquisite weddings and events. Basic Day Of Package

Basic Day-Of Package starting at $900

• Complimentary consultation

• Up to two hours of face-to-face planning meetings, plus unlimited phone and e-mail communication during the month leading up to your wedding

• Complete walk-through of ceremony and reception sites at least two weeks prior to wedding date

• Thorough review of vendor details

o We will confirm all contract details and arrival times over the phone one week and one day prior to your wedding

o We will instruct vendors to first contact us instead of you with any questions or concerns during the week prior to your wedding

• Ceremony and reception set-up and decorating

o Serve as point of contact for venue staff and all vendors; we will be the first to arrive and the last to leave

o Set up all ceremony items including programs, unity candles, aisle runners, etc.

o Set up all reception items including seating cards, place cards, gifts table and card box, wedding favors, etc.

• Ceremony and reception coordination

o Keep bridal party and vendors to your previously established time line

o Distribute flowers, bouquets, and pin corsages and boutonnières

o Assist guests and answer questions as needed

o Distribute remaining vendor balances and tips on bride and groom’s behalf at the end of the night

o Resolve any ceremony- or reception-related problems that arise

• After-event clean up

o Assist site staff with general clean up

o Deliver gifts and remaining ceremony and reception items to designated location

• Bridal party emergency kit always on hand

Premium Package

Premium Wedding Planning Package:

Pricing for Premium Planning starts at $9,500.00 (Includes complete Day of Coordination)

Wouldn’t it be heaven to only have to worry about showing up and looking gorgeous? Well we’re here to help make that dream a reality.

With our Premium Planning Package we handle everything. “Everything!” Yes everything! Simply give us your budget, priorities and wish list and we’ll design the most exquisite wedding you can imagine. Of course, it all begins with an in depth consultation to go over your style and establish your vision for the day. Our Premium Planning service offers everything that our Full Planning package offers and more. In addition to handling every little detail, we supervise all vendor meetings, site visits, tastings, dress fittings—as much as you need us, we are there for you.

Included in our Premium Wedding Planning Package:

• 20 meetings / planning sessions

• Complete Guest List management (we handle all RSVPs)

• A personalized wedding planning website that allows you to track progress on your wedding preparations 24/7

• Customized budget & planning timeline

• Wedding design advice and execution

• Venue and vendor research

Extended Day of Package

Extended Day-Of Package starting at $1100

Includes everything in the Basic Package plus the following:

• Two additional hours (up to four hours) of face-to-face planning meetings, plus unlimited phone and e-mail communication during the three months leading up to your wedding

• Pre-wedding organization

o Ensure copies of all vendor contracts are accounted for and signed

o Create wedding guide for the bride and groom

o Assist with seating charts, timelines for family and bridal party, and other planning documents

• Rehearsal coordination in cooperation with officiant

o Assist with rehearsal as needed

o Ensure bridal party knows where they need to be and when on wedding day

Instead of spending valuable hours searching through endless magazines, websites and calling hundreds of vendors, take advantage of our expertise. After you’re an initial consultation we will evaluate your needs, style and budget and come up with a package that fits your needs includes vendors that are reputable and the right fit for you. We will stay on board to consult with you throughout the entire planning process to ensure that you don’t forget a thing.

Included in our Partial Wedding Planning Package:

• 7 Meetings/Planning Sessions
